Unit III Extra Credit: 5 Points                     Assigned: 10-3-2016                 Due:    11-4-16           

Create a cartouche with your name in Hieroglyphics. Surf the internet to figure out how to write your name in hieroglyphics and to get examples of cartouches.

1.      Must be your name in Hieroglyphics

2.      Must be in color

3.      Must be in a cartouche

4.      Can be drawn or a 3-D image

Create a model of the Pyramids at Giza or an Egyptian sarcophagus and mummy. You can check out a textbook to help you. It can be a 3D model or a drawn picture. The model must include:

                For the pyramids:

                1. Must be in color

                2. Must label each of the three pyramids names and who they were built for

                3. Estimated time it was built

                4. Must accurately represent the three pyramids at Giza

                For the mummy:

                 1. Must be decorated

                 2. Must include a mummy and its sarcophagus 

                 3. Must provide a minimum of a paragraph to explain how they mummified humans.
